TP-TACT Tester & Programmer TP-TACT Tester & Programmer D2 Turbo Parts

The TP-TACT device is intended for testing and programming the operation of a wide range of turbocharger operation controllers.



With TP-TACT it is possible to perform the following tests:

- Test of electronic turbocharger controllers with Westgate

- Test of electronic turbocharger actuators with variable geometry (VTG, VNT)

- DC actuator motor test

- Westgate position or variable geometry sensor test

- Test of solenoids that control the pressure of the turbocharger in pneumatic systems

Tests can be performed on the following actuators:

HELLA actuators - used by a large number of vehicle manufacturers, including VW / Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, Citroen, Land Rover, Dodge, Chevrolet

SIEMENS actuators - used by VW / Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche

MITSUBISHI actuators - used by BMW, Ford 2.2 TDCI, and PSAGroup vehicles 2.2 HDI

The TP-TACT can also be used to read and program the electronic actuator lever travel range. It can do the following: - reads, records and copies the operating parameters of the HELLA actuator - changes the range of movement of the HELLA actuator lever - programs the range of movement of the SIEMENS actuator lever
